These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mini CEO website at www.miniceo.co.za ("Site") and your participation in Mini CEO programmes ("Programme"). By accessing the Site or enrolling in a Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or participate in the Programme.

1. About Mini CEO

Mini CEO is a South African children's entrepreneurship and life-skills programme designed for Grade R–3 learners. The Programme is offered through schools, community organisations, churches, and extra-mural activities across South Africa.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enrolling a child in the Mini CEO Programme, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and a parent, legal guardian, or authorised representative of the child being enrolled.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • All information you provide to us is accurate and truthful.

3. Programme Participation

3.1 Enrolment

Participation in Mini CEO is subject to availability and is offered through schools or organisations that have entered into a partnership agreement with Mini CEO. Enrolment of individual children requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3.2 Programme Content

Mini CEO sessions focus on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, leadership, communication, agriculture, and problem-solving. All content is age-appropriate and designed for Grade R–3 learners. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change programme content from time to time.

3.3 Child Safety

The safety and well-being of all children is our highest priority. Mini CEO facilitators are required to maintain appropriate professional standards at all times. Any concerns regarding child safety should be reported to us immediately at info@miniceo.co.za or via WhatsApp on 081 668 2443.

3.4 Photography & Media

Mini CEO may photograph or record programme sessions for promotional and educational purposes. Consent for the use of a child's image will be obtained separately from the parent or legal guardian. If you withdraw consent, please notify us in writing and we will cease using new images of the child and endeavour to remove existing images within a reasonable time.

4. Fees and Payment

Programme fees, where applicable, will be communicated separately based on the school or organisation's agreement with Mini CEO. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Mini CEO reserves the right to adjust programme fees with reasonable notice.
