Everything you need to know about Mini CEO — from why it matters for your child's future to how the programme works and what you can expect.

Why Mini CEO Matters

We live in a rapidly changing world that demands more than good grades. Your child needs confidence, problem-solving ability, financial awareness and the resilience to turn challenges into opportunities. Mini CEO builds all of that, starting now.

1

Early Foundation Matters

The habits and mindsets formed in Grade R–3 shape how your child approaches learning, relationships and challenges for the rest of their life. This is the time to build confidence and curiosity.

2

Real-World Skills That School Doesn't Teach

Financial literacy, entrepreneurial thinking and practical problem-solving are critical life skills, yet most schools don't teach them. Mini CEO fills that gap with hands-on learning that sticks.

3

Confidence That Carries Them Further

A child who believes in their own abilities, who isn't afraid to speak up and who has experienced success through their own effort becomes a child who dreams bigger and achieves more.

4

Community & Belonging

Mini CEO creates a space where your child belongs, where they're celebrated for who they are and where they learn from peers who share their curiosity and ambition.

How It Works

The Mini CEO journey is straightforward, rewarding and designed to show results over time.

1

School Enrols

Your child's school partners with Mini CEO, and you choose whether your child will participate in the programme during after-school hours or as part of the school day.

2

Child Participates

Your child joins structured sessions focused on the six pillars — learning through hands-on activities, real projects and group challenges. Sessions are fun, age-appropriate and designed to build both skills and confidence.

3

You See the Growth

Over weeks and months, you notice your child becomes more confident, more curious about money, more interested in solving problems and more ready to speak up. Real, observable growth.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question? We've answered the most common ones below.

Mini CEO is designed for learners in Grade R through Grade 3 (approximately ages 5–9). This is a crucial developmental window where children are naturally curious, open to learning and building foundational habits and mindsets that will serve them for life.

Sessions are typically held once or twice per week as an after-school programme, with each session lasting 45–60 minutes. However, this can be customised based on your school or organisation's needs. The full programme runs across the school year, with milestones and celebrations built in throughout.

Programme costs vary depending on how Mini CEO is implemented at your school — whether it's an after-school club, an integrated school activity, or part of a sponsored initiative. Contact us directly for a pricing quote tailored to your situation. We also work with schools and organisations on payment plans.

Mini CEO is built on the premise that the best learning happens when children are having fun AND doing something real. Yes, the sessions are engaging and age-appropriate — but every activity is designed with concrete learning outcomes in mind. Your child will gain genuine skills in leadership, financial literacy, problem-solving and communication that you'll see in how they talk, think and act.

Your biggest role is to encourage, listen and celebrate your child's growth — even small wins. Ask them about what they learned, what they built or what challenged them. We also provide guidance and resources for parents who want to extend learning at home (like talking about money, asking about their projects, or practising presentation skills together). You don't need to be an entrepreneur or educator — just a parent who cares.
